Casa Aguamarina is in the top vacation destination community of Reserva Conchal. #1 golf course and #2 white seashell beach in Costa Rica combine to create your perfect adventure or relaxing getaway. This home offers 4 spacious bedrooms all with ensuites, 6 bathrooms, unique pool with cascading waterfall, private outdoor living area, BBQ area, pool table, foosball table, stocked kitchen with oversized fridge and a large laundry room. Casa Aguamarina is your luxurious home away from home.

The space

This spacious custom home was designed to resemble a ship with its vaulted and airy ceiling. A modern version of a butterfly house with bedroom wings on each side of the house surrounding an entertaining oasis. Open kitchen, living and dining area, complete with pool and foosball tables provide something for everyone. This area flows right out onto the outdoor pool area, complete with raised jacuzzi (not heated) which is perfect for watching the sunset. The backyard pool area is very private as we have no neighbors on that side of the house, except for the odd howler monkey, coatimundi and lots of birds whom make their home in the forest next-door. Reserva Conchal is a gated resort, and our cul-de-sac has a further gate to ensure privacy. We back onto the top-rated golf course, however there is no cart path behind our house and there is minimal traffic around our house creating a quiet and private oasis. Not to worry though, golf and the beach club are only a 2 minute golf cart drive away.

Kitchen – Well stocked with everything you need to assemble your culinary delights, including an oversize fridge and freezer. The chef or bartender can carry on conversation with barstool seating adjacent to an island with a second sink. View points to both the front and backyard from the kitchen.

Living – Pool table, foosball table, TV, board games and puzzles.

Outdoor Living – an outdoor living area adjacent to the private pool. Our pool has a lounging area, and upper jetted area with a waterfall that runs during the day. It has a curb around the whole pool. Adjacent to the pool deck is an outdoor shower.

Dining – Custom dining table with room for all of your friends, inside or outside. Double patio doors slide right open to enjoy indoor outdoor living. Outdoor barbeque poolside.

Bedrooms – All bedrooms are similarly sized, all with ensuites. Ensuites have double sinks, showers with a rainhead and handheld shower, and seat. All bedrooms have a patio door leading outdoors. 3 of the bedrooms have ample built in closet storage should you wish to stay awhile. 3 bedrooms are outfitted with king beds, while one bedroom has two queen beds. 2 bedrooms are on the south side of the house and 2 are on the north side of the house, all with a good degree of privacy making this house ideal for families, or golf foursome getaways.

Powder Rooms – if the 4 ensuites are not enough there are two powder rooms on either side of the house.

Laundry – A well stocked utility room complete with a full size washer and dryer and separate access to the outside.

Beachclub – Your stay includes access to the private beachclub which oversees one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. It is complete with a full gym, fitness classes 4x per week, paddleboards, kayaks, boogie boards, and dune bikes, with two pools. One is a lane pool, and one more suited to children with a ramped entrance. The club has a full bar, and full restaurant that serves poolside as well. The club has a ping pong table and playground. It also contains a full service spa with hot tub, plunge pool and hot and steam saunas. If you ran out of time to have your hair done or pedicure before your travels, they have you covered. On the beach, you can hike to find a picnic table, or stay put in a lounger. Two large resorts on the property provide for additional dining options closeby.

Golf Club – Consistently rated as the top golf course in Costa Rica, enjoy 18 holes with amenities to ensure if you forgot anything at home they have in their shop or for rent.

Additional activities on resort: hiking on numerous trails, wildlife viewing, massages on the beach, horseback riding on the beach, small convenience store with essential amenities, driving range, putting and chipping practice nearby, day pass to Westin amenities such as additional pools tennis or pickleball, Westin has a car rental vendor, as well as a giftshop.

Private transfer can be arranged for additional cost. Tours can be arranged for additional cost. Cleaning once per week provided. Additional cleaning upon request for additional cost. Pool, AC fees included.
