About this space

This condo unit is the end unit in the complex, which means it is the quietest and most private. The entire complex, Los Suenos 2, has only 22 units. There is parking right outside of the complex gate. The condo has a large built in desk for use as a dedicated workspace.

The space

Two air conditioned bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Main floor has kitchen, living room & office/laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Air conditioning on main floor as well. Built in office desk is large enough for 2 laptops and 2 printers. Condo has fibre optic internet 100mbps/100mbps. Coffee machine, blender, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, 4 burner stove, cooking pots, all dishes, etc. Nice quiet complex with security and gates locked at night. The front patio area, although not huge, is great for sitting out in the morning while the sun streams through the palm trees, or an intimate dinner in the evening. Patio chairs and small dining room table, all locally made from teak, is a great place to hang out, and to serve meals. Outdoor shower in private area behind the condo. The pool is only steps away, or if you like, head to the beach and enjoy one of the nicest beaches in all of Costa Rica. Not to mention the great restaurants and shopping. 10-15 minute walk to the beach and all town facilities.

Please note: due to the design of the sewage systems throughout town and in most parts of Costa Rica you cannot put toilet paper in the toilets, it must go in the garbage.

This is a non-smoking condo & complex. You must go outside the condo complex gates to smoke.

The locals are always friendly and eager to please. You won't find a more genuine and happy people. It's part of what makes Costa Rica special.

The surfing, or boogie boarding is amazing too! Everyday we like to walk on the beach at sunset and take it all in. Amazing sunsets! There's nothing quite like it.

Other things to note

It is not unusual for the power or internet to go out in this area. Be patient, it always comes back. The water also goes out frequently in town. To address this we have installed a reserve water tank so that there is always water at the condo, but care with water usage is always advised.
